Earn Money on the Net – 7 Tips to Writing Successful Articles
To earn money on the net writing articles, then you need to know some helpful basic and not so basic tips. Here is how you can make your Articles be noticed and ranked high and to earn or make online money.
- To earn money on the net, make sure that you always write unique articles. This means articles that are 100% yours. You can use any information you find online as inspiration but please make it your own.
- Keywords – Finding the right keywords or keyword phrase will make or break the ability for your article to be seen. You can use free keyword tools and Google has a good one. Find keywords with lesser competition and the highest number of searches and make a list of the highest searched, primary, and lesser searched, secondary, keyword phrases.
- Think like your potential readers if you want to earn money on the net. What would they type into the search box to find information and solutions to their problems. Focus on multiple keywords or what are referred to as long tailed keywords or phrases. Using quotation marks will give you the best results.
- Writing articles will work very well for you if you focus on your TITLE. Give serious thought as to what keyword phrases you will want to use. You will want to make sure that the fist few words in your title include your strongest keywords. Three to five words in your keyword phrase title will be sufficient.
- Now when it comes to writing your article body, make your first paragraph your strong opening statement. Take 2-4 lines selling your reader what your article is about and what is in it for them. Start this first paragraph with your strongest primary keywords.
- Then sprinkle your remaining primary plus secondary keywords throughout the article. Ezine Articles allows you to use each primary and secondary keyword phrase once per 100 words on average in your article body. Your title does not count. So use them wisely when writing your article body.
- This brings us to the Resource Box. This is separate from the article body and it is here you get to make a “call to action” from your reader. You will put in your website url, or blog address. You can strongly but briefly promote your product or free eBook or what have you that want to give away or sell
Just a word of advice. Please do not make the mistake of talking about you, the author, in your article body. Your readers are only interested in the information you have that can solve their problem or add value to their life.
