I can’t verify my paypal account because I don’t have a checking account or a credit card. I earn money for doing online surveys, and a few of them only pay through paypal. Will I still be able to make online purchases through my paypal account even if the account isn’t verified?
You will probably not be able to make any purchases without a funding source. I tried searching for an answer and could not find one. You may have to contact PayPal for a definite answer.
You can request PayPal to send you a check from your balance at any time for a charge of $1.50.
BTW: I am in a few poll sites and have noticed that one of the major ones is switching to PayPal very soon. Others are already using it. It is probably cheaper for them than sending their own checks.
